20 years international and domestic coaching experience and has worked in professional youth football development for the last 8 years
4 years International coaching experience with Celtic fc soccer academy .
Derek has coached professional youth academy squads at Hamilton , Partick thistle and St mirren football clubs and with Coerver coaching .
3 years full time professional playing experience as youth and reserve team player with Partick thistle and St mirren football clubs.
