About Me
343 Personal professional football training sessions
Weekly 343 personal pro training sessions give players the opportunity to learn, improve and refine position specific game related technical skills as well as developing first touch, creativity, balance , speed of play, decision making and confidence.
Sessions are progressive high intensity positional skills and individual technique practices that involve lots of repetitions, decision making and fast reactions .
Players will recieve ongoing detailed technical feedback for the duration of the session.
343 pro small group training
Small group training sessions give players of similar age and technical levels the opportunity to take part in specially designed high tempo game related technical sessions that are challenging and enjoyable.
Position Specific group sessions available as well as individual team unit training for 2010- adult squads. minimum 3 players per session
Specialist Skills and experience
Head coach Derek Millar holds
UEFA B licence,
SFA advanced children’s licence,
SFA youth award,
Coerver youth diploma,
HNC sports coaching and development,
PVG scheme membership.
20 years international and domestic coaching experience and has worked in professional youth football development for the last 8 years
4 years International coaching experience with Celtic fc soccer academy .
Derek has coached professional youth academy squads at Hamilton , Partick thistle and St mirren football clubs and with Coerver coaching .
3 years full time professional playing experience as youth and reserve team player with Partick thistle and St mirren football clubs.
